People spend their time, and dollars,
where they believe they get the most value. This presentation does more than pay lip service to client service, it carefully analyses the unique needs in our society and offers many practical, and easily administered, responses to them. Client service has been on the agenda for many years now. What has yet to be addressed is the impact of modern culture on the way we approach this. The way people go about life today is vastly different to living patterns of just 15 years ago. It has been said that this is the first civilisation in history to change its entire culture in just one generation. These changes have left people with some very deep needs and significantly altered response mechanisms. Companies that make the effort to address these issues in their approach are going to reap incredible rewards. In an age when everything else is being equalised this knowledge will give the edge. |
